Standards for Official Signs

Reg. 15792AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 9-112.1 and 9-112.2 of the Illinois Highway Code [605 ILCS 5/9-112.1 and 112.2] and Sections 1 through 8 and 10 of the Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971 [225 ILCS 440/1-8 and 10] and authorized by Section 4-201.1 of the Illinois Highway Code [605 ILCS 5/4-201.1] and Section 14.01 of the Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971 [225 ILCS 440/14.01]; implementing Section 1 and authorized by Section 17 of the Airport Zoning Act [620 ILCS 25/1 and 17].DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
No standards other than those set forth in Section 522.150 of this Part shall apply to official signs.
