Record of Notifications Made to Law Enforcement

a) Repossession agencies must maintain records documenting the notifications made to law enforcement.
b) The records shall include:
1. 1) Date and time of each notification;
2. 2) Law enforcement agency notified;
  1. 3) All of the information required to be provided pursuant to Sections 1480.415 and 1480.416.
