1. a) Physical characteristics of the secured storage facility, including but not limited to the size, location and overall condition of the facility;
2. b) Types of repossessed collateral and personal property stored;
3. c) Proper storage of repossessed collateral and personal property;
4. d) Proper posting of signs;
5. e) Method of protection from fire;

6. f) Method of protection from theft or burglary;

   1. g) Method of protection from potential damage to the stored repossessed collateral and personal property by vermin, insects or water;
7. h) Proper documentation of the repossessed collateral being stored; and
8. i) Proper inventory of personal property removed from repossessed collateral.

A compliance inspection shall be conducted by Commission staff prior to issuance of a license. The inspection shall include, but not be limited to, a review of:
