Stat. 1987, ch. 95½, par. 18c-5302) and authorized by Section 18c-1202 of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95½, par. 18c-1202).ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
Except as otherwise provided in this Part, the provisions of 92 Ill. Adm. Code 1205 shall be applicable to non-relocation towing.
