Audit and Inspection of Books and Records
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 15.5 and 15.6 and authorized by Section 16 of the Personal Property Storage Act [240 ILCS 10/15.5, 15.6 and 16].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
Each personal property warehouse shall permit Commission staff to inspect or audit its books and records, on request, at any time when the warehouse is open to the public.
