Licenses Conditioned upon Compliance with Insurance Requirements
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 15.5 and 15.6 and authorized by Section 16 of the Personal Property Storage Act [240 ILCS 10/15.5, 15.6 and 16].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
A license issued by the Commission to a personal property warehouse has force and effect only while the warehouse is in compliance with requirements for the filing of proof of insurance or bond coverage.
