Annual Renewal of License
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 15.5 and 15.6 and authorized by Section 16 of the Personal Property Storage Act [240 ILCS 10/15.5, 15.6 and 16].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
All personal property warehouse licenses shall be renewed annually. All licenses shall expire one year from the day the license was issued by the Commission.
