Marking of Tariff Packages
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 18c-3203 and authorized by Section 18c-1202(9) of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95½, pars. 18c-3203 and 18c-1202(9)).ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
a) Packages containing tariff publications shall be marked "Tariffs".
b) Packages containing applications for special tariff authority to depart from this Part shall be marked "Special Tariff Authority Application."
