Extension of Expiration Dates
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 18c-3203 and authorized by Section 18c-1202(9) of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95½, pars. 18c-3203 and 18c-1202(9)).ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
An expiration date may be canceled or extended to a later date. However, the extension may not be made effective after the expiration date. Also see Subpart M.
