Order of Hearings
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 13-108 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/13-108].
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
a) Opening statements by the parties with the complainant having the right to open;
b) The complainant's case in chief;
c) The respondent's case in chief;
d) Complainant's rebuttal case;
e) Respondent's closing arguments;
f) Complainant's closing arguments.
All hearings shall proceed in the following order:
