AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 6-410 and 13-106 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/6-410 and 13-106] and Section 2705-125 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 2705/2705-125] and authorized by Section 5-625 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 5/5-625] and Section 5-25 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-25].DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
a) Any party to a proceeding may make an application to the presiding officer for an order in the form of a motion.
b) Motions shall be in writing, shall state with particularity the grounds therefor and shall set forth the relief or order sought. The rules applicable to document specifications shall apply to all motions.
