Fuel Tank

VIII] and Section 14-3(m) of the Criminal Code of 1961 [720 ILCS 5/14-3(m)] and authorized by Section 12-812 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/12-812].DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
a) See the FMVSS for requirements (49 CFR 571.301).
b) The fuel tank shall have a minimum capacity of 24 gallons.
