Bumper, Front

VIII] and Section 14-3(m) of the Criminal Code of 1961 [720 ILCS 5/14-3(m)] and authorized by Section 12-812 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/12-812].DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

a) The front bumper shall meet the chassis manufacturer's standards.
b) The entire front bumper must be of metal construction unless an energy absorbing bumper is used.
