VIII] and Section 14-3(m) of the Criminal Code of 1961 [720 ILCS 5/14-3(m)] and authorized by Section 12-812 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/12-812].DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

a) Must meet federal chassis requirements as indicated on the federal certification label as required by 49 CFR 567 (Certification) and 49 CFR 568 (Vehicles Manufactured in Two or More Stages).
b) Wheel base shall not be less than 123 inches.
