Air Cleaner
AUTHORITY: Implementing Article VIII of Chapter 12 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/Ch. 12, Art. VIII] and Section 14-3(m) of the Criminal Code of 1961 [720 ILCS 5/14-3(m)] and authorized by Section 12-812 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/12-812].DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
The bus shall be equipped with an adequate oil bath, dry element, or equivalent type air cleaner.
