Order of Commission to Construct Subway or Viaduct
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 18c-7401 and authorized by Section 18c-1202 of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law [625 ILCS 5/18c-7401 and 18c-1202].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
No subway or viaduct (as the said terms are defined in this Part) shall be constructed unless and until this Commission shall have issued an order so authorizing.
