Audit and Inspection of Safety Relocator's Books and Records
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Commercial Safety Towing Law [625 ILCS 5/Ch. 18d].ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION
Each safety relocator shall permit any Commission employee to inspect or audit its books and records, on request, at any time when the relocator is open to the public.
