1. a) Relocators must post the following notice at all locations at which vehicles may be reclaimed:

   Notice: The Illinois Commerce Commission requires that we give a copy of our Relocation Tow Record form to you as a receipt. Please keep your copy for your records.

2. b) The notice shall be in letters at least one inch high and one-quarter inch wide which shall be printed on a contrasting background. The notice shall be prominently displayed so that it may be easily seen by persons paying the charge for reclaiming their vehicles.
