1. a) A person who is under the age of 17 years is in violation of IVC Section 6-110(a) or 6-107.1(b) if the minor operates a motor vehicle on any highway during any time the licensee is prohibited from being in a public place because of curfew.
2. b) A person is in violation of IVC Section 6-107.1(b) or 6-110(a-1) if the minor operates a motor vehicle on any highway during nighttime driving restriction.

3. c) The Department shall take the following action pursuant to IVC Section 6-206(a)(13) for curfew or nighttime driving restriction violation convictions:

   1. 1) 1^st Conviction – 60-day suspension
   2. 2) 2^nd Conviction – 90-day suspension
   3. 3) 3^rd Conviction or more – 6-month suspension
