1. a) In reviewing an individual's driving record for convictions of violating IVC Section 11-1201 only those convictions with arrest dates on or after January 1, 2003 shall be considered.

2. b) If the driving record contains two or more convictions for violating IVC Section 11-1201, the following action shall be taken:

   3rd or subsequent Conviction		12-month Suspension

An individual who has two or more convictions for violating IVC Section 11-1201 shall have his/her driving privileges suspended by the Department in accordance with IVC Section 6-206(a)(39).
