1. a) The Secretary of State shall immediately notify in writing the State Superintendent of Education and the permit holder's prospective or current employer that the applicant:

   1. 1) has failed an FBI criminal background investigation; or
2. 2) is no longer eligible for a school bus driver permit.
3. b) The Secretary shall also notify the State Superintendent of any related cancellations, suspensions or denials of the applicant's school bus driver permit.
