Dealer Plate Records
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 2-104(b), and implementing Chapters 3 and 5, of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5] and Section 1.44 of the Statute on Statutes [5 ILCS 70].SECRETARY OF STATE
The dealer ledger book shall also contain a record of the assignment of dealer plates to employees of the dealer and a written record of the persons to whom the dealer has sold driveaway decal permits.
