Offices of the Secretary of State
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 2-104(b) of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5], and Section 5-7 of the Secretary of State Act [15 ILCS 305].SECRETARY OF STATE
The Secretary of State shall maintain offices in the City of Springfield, and in such other places within the State of Illinois as necessary to properly administer the I.V.C.
