Filing Deadlines for Capital Assistance Grants
AUTHORITY: Implementing Article III of the Downstate Public Transportation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 1112/3, pars. 681 et seq.) and authorized by Section 2 of Article III of the Downstate Public Transportation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 1112/3, par. 690).DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
Applications for capital assistance under the Section 18 program must be filed by participants according to dates established in Section 651.201 herein.
