1. a) Grantees and contractors will have the maximum of 180 calendar days from the date of receipt of the final audit report to resolve any audit findings and/or questioned costs. Repayment of questioned costs based upon any negotiated settlement must be completed within a negotiated timeframe.
2. b) If audit findings of a grantee and contractor indicate a condition specified in Section 230.140(a)(1-4) of this Part, the Department will further investigate to determine if suspension or termination is warranted.
