Obligation of Allotments
AUTHORITY: Implementing the Illinois Act on the Aging [20 ILCS 105] and the Older Americans Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) and authorized by Section 4.01 of the Illinois Act on the Aging [20 ILCS 105/4.01].DEPARTMENT ON AGING
The Department shall obligate all funds received from the Administration on Aging during the fiscal year in which they are obligated.
