Limitations on Use
AUTHORITY: Implementing the Illinois Act on the Aging [20 ILCS 105] and the Older Americans Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) and authorized by Section 4.01 of the Illinois Act on the Aging [20 ILCS 105/4.01].DEPARTMENT ON AGING
The Department shall use each allotment specifically for the purpose for which the allotment is made by the Administration on Aging except in those situations for which exception is provided in 45 CFR 1321.
