Licensure and Safety Requirements
AUTHORITY: Implementing the Illinois Act on the Aging [20 ILCS 105] and the Older Americans Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) and authorized by Section 4.01 of the Illinois Act on the Aging [20 ILCS 105/4.01].DEPARTMENT ON AGING
All services provided under this subpart must meet any existing State and local licensure and safety requirements for the provision of those services.
