Compliance audits and/or reviews of entities shall be performed in accordance with the Fiscal Control and Internal Auditing Act [30 ILCS 10], 44 Ill. Adm. Code 7000, the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act [30 ILCS 708], 2 CFR. 200, and the Requirements for Single Audits (31 U.S.C. 75).
