AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Children and Family Services Act [20 ILCS 505]; and Sections 5-505, 5-515, and 5-535 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 5/505, 515, and 535].DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES
Notice of meetings and agendas of regular and special meetings shall be posted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting pursuant to the Open Meetings Act. [5 ILCS 120/2.02(a)]
