Release of Children
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 2.17 and Section 3.6 of the Child Care Act of 1969 [225 ILCS 10].DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES
The host home parents shall not release a host home child to anyone except as authorized by DHS.
