1. a) Costs for the dementia care unit shall be included in the cost report required under Section 146.265(c)(4); however, for purposes of this pilot, the SLF with a dementia care unit shall also submit a separate cost report reflecting only the costs associated with the dementia care unit.
2. b) Residents of the dementia care unit shall be identified separately when submitting the Resident Identification Report required in Section 146.265.
3. c) The Department reserves the right to request periodic reporting to assist with evaluation of the pilot.
