Voluntary Repayment of Assistance
AUTHORITY: Implementing Article XI and authorized by Section 12-13 of the Illinois Public Aid Code [305 ILCS 5/Art. XI and 12-13] implementing and authorized by Executive Order 2005-3, effective July 1, 2005.DEPARTMENT OF HEALTHCARE AND FAMILY SERVICES
a) A recipient or former recipient of assistance may voluntarily repay all or part of the assistance provided.
b) A responsible relative or other person may, in behalf of a recipient or former recipient, repay all or part of the assistance provided.
