1. a) all medical assistance paid out at any time for a permanently institutionalized recipient on or after July 14, 1993, and

2. b) all income maintenance assistance paid to or on behalf of a recipient on or after the following dates:

   Assistance Program	Effective Date
   AABD(A)	January, 1962
   AABD(B) and (D)	November, 1963

The Department's lien against a recipient's real property shall encompass:
