Referral to Approved PWIs by DHS-ORS
Effective Jul 19, 199620 Ill. Reg. 10371AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 3(a), (b), and (k) of the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act [20 ILCS 2405/3(a), (b), and (k)].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
a) the customer is eligible for DHS-ORS services;
b) the customer meets the DHS-ORS Order of Selection; and
c) PWI services are determined appropriate for the customer.
DHS-ORS will refer a customer to a PWI when it is determined that:
