Department Budgeting Responsibilities
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Children and Family Services Act [20 ILCS 505] and the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act [325 ILCS 5].DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES
The Department shall prepare and submit to the Illinois General Assembly an annual budget which relates requested resources to client service needs.
