1. a) Provide reasonable and necessary technical assistance to applicants (i.e., clarifications and instructions on completing materials);
2. b) Advise the Department of changes in programs or targeted client populations that may require revisions in the Report on Projected Expenditures for the Title XX Social Services Block Grant; and
3. c) Assure that each service provider receives instructions and all necessary forms to document and report service provision and financial information and, where applicable, determine eligibility.
