Rate of Payment for Maintenance Home Health Services
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3 of the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act [20 ILCS 2405/3].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
DHS shall pay Maintenance Home Health Providers the rate established by the Illinois Department of Public Aid through the Medicaid Program for the same service.
