Rate of Pay for Supported Employment Services
Effective May 17, 199923 Ill. Reg. 6457AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3 of the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act [20 ILCS 2405/3].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
HSP shall pay Supported Employment Service Providers rates as established per 89 Ill. Adm. Code 545, "Ratemaking."
