Rate of Payment for Behavioral Services
Effective May 17, 199923 Ill. Reg. 6457AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3 of the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act [20 ILCS 2405/3].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
HSP shall pay Behavioral Service Providers at rates established per 89 Ill. Adm. Code 545, "Ratemaking".
