1. a) Roomers – Individuals to whom a household furnishes lodging, but not meals, for compensation;
2. b) Live-in-attendants – Individuals who reside with a household to provide medical, housekeeping, child care or other similar personal services;
3. c) Students who fail to meet student eligibility requirements in Section 121.75; and
4. d) Other – Individuals who share living quarters with the household but who do not customarily purchase food and prepare meals with the household (see Section 121.70(b) for exceptions).

Any of the following persons who reside with a food stamp household shall not be considered household members, but such persons may, if otherwise eligible, participate in the program as separate households:
