- a) illness or incapacity;
- b) court required appearance or temporary incarceration;
- c) family crisis;
- d) lack of suitable child care;
- e) inclement weather; or
- f) the job referral does not meet appropriate work or training criteria.
Good cause for failure to cooperate includes, but is not limited to:
