Postponement of Hearing
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 11-8 through 11-8.7, 12-4.9 and 12-4.25 and authorized by Section 12-13 of the Illinois Public Aid Code [305 ILCS 5/11-8 through 11-8.7, 12-4.9, 12-4.25 and 12-13].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
The household member is entitled to one postponement of up to 30 days. If the hearing is postponed, the 90 day time limit for issuing a decision shall be extended for as many days as the hearing is postponed.
