Notice of Hearing
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 11-8 through 11-8.7, 12-4.9 and 12-4.25 and authorized by Section 12-13 of the Illinois Public Aid Code [305 ILCS 5/11-8 through 11-8.7, 12-4.9, 12-4.25 and 12-13].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
The Department shall send written notice to the appellant and any authorized representative of the time, date and place of the hearing. This notice shall be provided at least 10 days prior to the Hearing.
