Rights of Clients
AUTHORITY: Implementing Articles I through IX and authorized by Section 12-13 of the Illinois Public Aid Code [305 ILCS 5/Arts. I through IX and 12-13].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
Assistance programs shall be administered in such a way as to afford certain rights to clients and assure that a complete explanation is given of client rights and responsibilities.
