Teachers employed in the institution's educational program offering academic credit, shall meet the requirements of the Illinois State Board of Education or a public or private Board of Education which conducts a system of schools at the elementary and secondary grade levels. Such teachers shall have the ability and commitment to work within the institutional structure and program.
