Professional Staff
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Child Care Act of 1969 [225 ILCS 10] and the Children's Product Safety Act [430 ILCS 125].DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES
All professional staff shall meet the requirements outlined in the Department's rulemaking, 89 Ill. Adm. Code 401, Licensing Standards for Child Welfare Agencies.
