Denial of Hearing Request
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 10 and 11 and authorized by Section 3(f) of the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act [20 ILCS 2405/10, 11 and 3(f)].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
A request for an impartial due process hearing may not be denied for any reason.
