Provision of Placement Services

Reg. 6598AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3 of the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities Act [20 ILCS 2405/3] and authorized by Section 5-625 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (General Provisions and Departments of State Government) [20 ILCS 5/5-625].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES

a) All services described in this Subpart shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of this Subpart and Subpart A of this Part.
b) Placement services are provided by DHS-DRS staff. There is no customer financial participation (see 89 Ill. Adm. Code 562) required for any placement service.
