Provision of Services
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3 of the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities Act [20 ILCS 2405/3] and authorized by Section 5-625 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (General Provisions and Departments of State Government) [20 ILCS 5/5-625].DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
All services described in this Subpart shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of this Subpart and Subpart A of this Part.
